Who this is

This website, optivanceph.com, is operated by Optivance, an accounting, digital marketing, technology and operations consultancy for small and medium enterprises in the Philippines. These terms apply whenever you browse this site, buy a template from the shop, or chat with Bea — our assistant — here or on Facebook Messenger. By using any of those, you agree to them.

Using this website

Content is informational. Articles, tips and service descriptions on this site are general information about accounting, marketing, technology and operations practice. They are not advice for your specific business until we have actually engaged with you as a client.

Don’t misuse the site. Please don’t try to break it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to send spam, malware or anything unlawful. We can block access from anyone who does.

Ownership. The text, design, graphics and the Optivance name and mark on this site belong to Optivance unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to link to it or quote a short passage with credit; please don’t republish whole pages.

Buying templates in the shop

What you get. Each template or guide is a digital download — an Excel file, a Word form or a PDF — licensed to you for use in your own business. You can adapt a template for your own operations; please don’t resell, redistribute or relicense the files themselves, as-is or repackaged, to other businesses.

Payment. Payment is processed by PayPal on PayPal’s own site; we never see your card or PayPal login. Once PayPal confirms your payment, we email the template to the address PayPal gives us.

Refunds. Because the templates are delivered instantly as files, sales are final once delivered, except where a file is genuinely faulty or doesn’t match its listing — email [email protected] and we’ll put it right or refund you.

No warranty of fit. Templates are built to common Philippine SME practice, but we can’t promise one fits your specific accounting, tax or regulatory situation. For that, book a consult.

Chatting with Bea

What Bea is. Bea is a simple scripted assistant — the same menu and canned replies whether you reach her through the chat bubble on this website or by messaging our Facebook Page. If she can’t match what you typed to something she knows, she’ll say so and point you back to the menu or to our team, rather than guess. She is not a licensed accountant, lawyer or financial adviser, and nothing she says is professional advice.

What she collects. If you share your name, email or mobile number with her, we use it to follow up with you by email, the same as a contact-form enquiry. See our Privacy policy for exactly what’s kept and for how long, and our Data deletion instructions if you’d like it removed.

Facebook Messenger. If you message us on Facebook, Meta’s own terms and policies also apply to that conversation, in addition to these terms, for the parts of the exchange that happen on their platform.

Consultancy engagements

Accounting, marketing, technology and operations work is scoped and agreed separately with each client, in writing, before it starts. That proposal or contract — not this page — sets out the deliverables, fees, timelines and confidentiality terms for the engagement.

Liability

We work carefully, but this website, its templates and Bea’s replies are provided as-is, without a guarantee that they’re fit for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, Optivance isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, the templates, or a chat with Bea. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by Philippine law, and nothing here limits what we owe you under a signed client engagement.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the site or our services change; the current version always lives at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
