What this website does with your data
Short version: nothing is collected unless you send us an enquiry, and what you send goes to our inbox rather than into a database. No advertising trackers, no profiling, no selling anything on.
Browsing the site
No advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no ad tag anywhere on this site, and nothing follows you to other websites.
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. We see totals — pages, countries, referrers — never individuals.
Fonts and images. Served from this site itself, so loading a page does not tell any other company that you visited.
Security. The site runs behind Cloudflare, which processes requests to block attacks and may set a short-lived security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot. Cloudflare also keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for that purpose.
If you send an enquiry
What we collect. Only what you type: your name, business name, email, mobile if you give it, industry, team size, which services interest you, and your message.
Where it goes. Straight to our email inbox. It is not written to any database on this website — there is no database. The message is delivered by our email provider, which processes it only to hand it over to us.
Spam check. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA. It checks the browser rather than tracking the person, and is not used for advertising.
What we do with it. Answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never sell or share enquiry details.
How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as our engagement and the law require.
Your rights
We handle personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased — write to [email protected] and we will answer within 15 days.
Client information under an engagement is governed by that engagement and its confidentiality agreement, not by this notice.
Spotting a fake
We will never ask you for a password, a one-time PIN, card details or online banking credentials — not by email, not on a call, and not on any web page.
Our only website is optivanceph.com. If a message claiming to be from Optivance asks you to log in somewhere or to send money urgently, treat it as fraudulent and tell us.
